Order:
The e-mail order of the customer is a final order. With updating of the internet-sides, all former prices and statements over the merchandise become invalid.
Delivery:
The delivery always takes place at the price passable on the day of the delivery and conditions.

The delivery takes place exclusively per pre-cash register.
Please immediately check the package for masked damages after receipt of your ware.
There is not any liability-claim for masked damages, that were not shown the carrier.

Within Germany postage paid with a merchandise-value of 110,00 Euro or more. With a merchandise-value of less than 110,00 Euro we calculates a cost-estimated of 10 Euro.

Proprietary-reservation:
The ware remains property of the Galerie Dachauer until the complete payment.
Fulfillment-place for the delivery is the shipping-place, for the payment Heiligenhafen in Germany, Jurisdiction Oldenburg i.H. in Germany.
Comes retraction and exchange of the ware only after prior agreement in principle
and within 14 days after receipt of the ware. The possible takeover-value of the ware
